The Annual Meeting of Electors for the Parish of Westhampnett will be held at The March C. of E. School, Claypit Lane, Westhampnett on Monday 29th April 2019 at 7.00pm.
All electors of the Parish of Westhampnett are invited to attend. Only persons registered as local government electors for the Parish of Westhampnett are entitled to vote at the meeting. Members of the Press are entitled to attend the meeting and are encouraged to do so.
Light Refreshments will be served.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF COMMUNITY HALL ACTIVITIES AND OPPORTUNITY FOR LOCAL ELECTORS TO STATE THEIR PREFERENCES AND WISH LIST.
This item will be supported with a display of the Community Hall Layout, lists of the activities so far mentioned, and calendars for aiding suggestions.
Discussion is needed by as many people as possible to ensure that the Hall meets the aspirations of the local community.
